Returns
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Please email us at lycheefarmhawaii@gmail.com if there were any problems with your order. Less than 1% of our packages get damaged or lost, but it does happen. We will gladly refund or replace your order if it arrives in bad condition, is lost, or is delayed more than 1 day and spoils.
Shipping
Please do not return spoiled or damaged packages—just take a picture to include in your email and dispose of the damaged property.
